Includes therapeutic stretching, specific strength training, and posture assessment for your sport with the intention of performance improvement. The importance of focus and mindfulness is also addressed. Ideal for all kind of athletes, from professionals to weekend warriors.


Yoga for Relaxation

A deeply restful practice received through a series of guided meditations and thoughtful visualizations while the body is held supported by bolsters and blankets. By resting deeply, the body engages its natural ability to heal and rest. Ideal for people who need space and time to relax.


Chair Yoga

All the wonderful benefits of yoga (building strength and flexibility in your body, cultivating ease in your mind) in a low impact setting, ideal for older practitioners or people recovering from an injury. Most of these poses and exercises are done sitting in a chair so it is appropriate for people with limited mobility.


Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is a perfect way stay fit and relaxed during pregnancy and to prepare your body and mind for childbirth and postpartum recovery. Strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment.
